     Bù shātóu, jiù yào gěi fàn chī. Duì yīqiè fǎngémìng fènzǐ, dōu yīngdāng gěiyǐ shēnghuó chūlù, shǐ tāmen yǒu zìxīn de jīhuì. [Pinyin]

     If [counter-revolutionaries] are not executed, they have to be fed. All counter-revolutionaries should be given a chance to earn a living, so that the can start anew.
