I am writing to complain about a DVD player I bought online from your company.
On 26th November, I ordered a Samsung DVD-L760 player from your website. I am disappointed because your product seems to be faulty. When I tried to use the player, it did not recognise my DVD discs. As a result, I could not watch any films.
