A letter of complaint to Rigby Activity Camp

Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to you to express my anger and disappointment with the conditions of the Rigby Activity Camp.
First of all, I would like to complain about the equipment. According to the leaflet, there should be everything that is needed to learn sailing and windsurfing. Unfortunately, there were not enough surfboards for 20 people. Moreover, I was totally shoked when the instructors told us that there were no life jackets! In the future you should think about those who cannot swim very well.
I was really axcited about your description of your professional teachers. They were supposed to teach us something more than just rock climbing. Unfortunately, I have to say that instead of confidence and skills I learnt nothing. Your instructors expected too much from the people who were beginners and they treated us like prisoners!
Finally, I was totally disgusted when I saw the conditions of living. The cabins were terribly cold and full of dirt. Befor we had packed out, we had to clean them! What is more, we did not have enough food. It was really not good, because we had paid for it.
To sum up, I felt cold and frightened during your holiday, and I left after a week. Now, I expect an immediate reaction from you and Ł200 refund. If not, I will write about your camp to the newspaper. I am looking forward your answer.
