How to cope with stress.

Nowadays almost everybody suffer from stress. We live in such a quick pace that stress is inescapable and omnipresent. It’s everywhere in school, in work, on the street.
Firstly stress is caused by such a factors like illness, unhappy life, lack of money, problems in work or school and many other factors.
Secondly some people are more susceptible to stress then other for example: people who are very ambitious and dominate other people; people who have been brought up in stress and strict discipline and have never tested real love and acceptance in their childhood; people of high standing as some directors, managers. Very often all those people are workaholics and they cannot even stop thinking about it and find some time for relax.
There is few ways to cope with stress.
Firstly we should look at everything from a bright side and try to don’t worry about everything. Secondly we should try to lead our life in healthy way: make some exercises, find some time for relax and don’t abuse coffee, sweets and alcohol. Next we should try to be patient when something is going wrong, not everybody is infallible. Also we should find some time for our family and friends.
If our live is too fast, slow down, take a rest, because we have only one life. We should discover the magic of laughter.
