Stress is the natural strain which we feel when we have to cope with difficult, unpleasant or dangerous situations. There are many different reasons for stress. some occupations are considered to be more stressful than others.
For instance, the relation between a student and a teacher as well as between a teacher and a headmaster. Another good example is the relation between a doctor and a patient.
Stress may cause harmful effects on the human body, high blood pressure, infections, stomachache, headache, neurosis, etc. It is possible to reduce stress, but its exclusion is never possible.
How can we reduce stress in everyday life? The easiest way is to consult a doctor and learn to relax or sharing our problems with another loving person and find consolation, understanding, solution. Another way, is to exploding with anger or crying in order to release the strain and calm down. But in this way we make the life of people close to us stressful as well!
