A Letter of complaint

Dear Mr.Brown
I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the responsibility of the teachers at your school. I have sent my children to your school because of the school’s respectable reputaton. I am really disapointed to inform you that I have noticed that the children are often left unattended.
The children at your school are usually alone during the breaks. What is more and unacceptable they are left alone sometimes also during the classes- I was told about this problem by my son. He is now in his third year. I really do not think that teenages should be left without care when teacher go for a meeting or conference. Muggles often occure between boys during this time and there is nobody to react. Children are afraid to tell about the problem even their parents.
I have seen many times children running through corridors without anyone taking care of them and intervention have still not been taken. In my opinon teachers leaving children unattended are irresponsible and should not work at school. It is essential to feel comfort, when children are at school, they are safe, instead of it I feel worried all the time.
There is also one thing that i want to mention. My son told me that geography teacher is often absent and the programm of education is not carried properly. The school year is in the middle and they haven’t covered first 5 lessons. I find it unacceptable as I pay a lot for the education of my son. It is also unacceptable for the school with this reputation.
As a mother I feel obliged to inform you about this situation and trust this matter will receive your immediate attention.
