The All Saints' Day

How we spend the All Saints? Day ?

In our country the All Saints? Day is very important for all. On this day we recall members of our family who are gone.
In the morning on the 1st of November we get up early. We wear dark clothes, because it?s sign of our mourning. Later we go to cemetery. We meet our family there. I think this day is a very good time to meet with them, because we don?t have many chances to do this during the year . We talk about us and together we pray for the dead. The atmosphere is sad and melancholic. Everybody is in reverie. We light candles and we put flowers on graves. On that night the cemetery is very colourful, though it is a sentimental and depressing day. When it gets dark, we go to church. The Gospel say, we must be happy, because our late family go to heaven and they are fortunate there. It is, however, very difficult, because we realise that we will never see again our grandparents or others. After stay in cemetery, we spend the evening together with our families.
After the All Saints? Day is the Souls? Day. We celebrate it on the second of November. According to the church it is more miserable day than the day before. On that day we should pray for souls which are in the purgatory. Thanks to our prayers the souls reach the Heaven.
