Dear Sir or Madam,
I have just returned from a holiday in Athens, staying at the Bella Vista Hotel. I am writing to express my annoyance about a number of points.
First of all, the flight was postponed in the last minute. As a result, I lost one day waiting for another plane. In addition, the local representative in Athens did not arrive. I had to get to the hotel by taxi, at my own cost.
The hotel was not as comfortable as it was written in holiday information. There was no view of the sea from my room window. What is more, the lift was in disrepair almost everyday, so I wasted a lot of time climbing the stairs.
The other matter is food served in coffee shop. I find it extremely, disgusting and unappetizing.
All these points made very annoyed. I insist on returning a half of the sum I paid for the holiday. Otherwise, I shall have no choice but to contact the court.
Yours faithfully,
XYZ
