IN POLAND IN THE CHRISTMAS EVE THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS TRADICION , SO OBLIGATORY THERE ARE TVELWE MEALS IN THE TABLE . THERE MUST BE VEGETARIAN MEALS FOR EXAMPLE : FISHES , CARP , CABBAGE WITH MUSHROOMS , MUSHROOMS , PASTA WITH POPPY , RICE WITH POPPY , JELLY DESSERT , RED BEET SOUP , BOILED POTATOES , JUICE WITH DESICCATED FRUIT . WITHOUT MEALS , VERY IMPORTANT IS WAFER .

· 1 glass Milk
· 125 g Flour
· 150 g Dried Fuits
· 100 g Cherries
WHAT TO DO :
Whisk together the butter and sugar until pale and creamy , then beat in the eggs a little at a time , with the milk . Stir in the flour , mixed fruit and cherries . Divide the mixture between the cases and bake for 15-20 minutes , until golden and firm . Transfer the cakes to a wire rack to cool .
