In my opinion a good recipe to keep fit and healthy is a good diet and vigorous exercise. I have my recipe for a healthy life. My diet is balanced and differentiat. I often work out, I run least once a week. I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables becouse they are healthy. We should avoid crips, cookies, ice-cream and other sweets. But I like it and I eat that... To the breakfast, I love eating wholemeal bread whit tomato or cornflakes. I drink milk. If I get hungry between meals I have some tangerines, grapes or oranges. In summer I prefer blackberries, raspberries and strawberries. To the diner I often eat vegetable soup becouse I like it very much. My supper is always light and nutritious. Always when I see tomato salad, Brussels sprout, carrots and cucumber I can?t fast and I eat that. Healty people should eat 5 time a day, I do it. For my healt I work out, I play basketball, tennis and ride a bike. But I don?t swim becouse I unfortunately can?t do it. When young people are smoking cigarettes or drink alcohol they harmful to himself.
