My name is XYZ and I am writting to express my strong dissatisfaction with a trip organized by your travel agency. It took place on 15 December 2007 and London was the destionation.
First of all, all participants of the trip had to wait for the bus for almost 2 hours. That is unforgivable.
What is more, the guide did not know anything about London’s history and monuments.
Moreover, we came back much earlier than it was planned. We all have paid for a longer trip.
I would therefore be grateful if you could consider a full refund of ₤50 which I spend for this trip. Be sure that I will not recommend your travel agency to anyone.
