Hotel or hostel - what would you choose?

Holidays is a time when we leave our towns, houses and travel around our country or even around the world. We visit a lot of interesting places, eat specifical food and listen to traditional music. But when a day ends we have to sleep somewhere. Then we usually have got only two options to choose: hotel or hostel. What should be our choice? – That’s the question!
Hotel is probably the most popular place to spend a night. Why? There are a lot of reasons. Firstly, lodging houses are very comfortable. Almost every room has got it’s own bathroom, TV, radio and phone. It’s a great facility. Secondly, hotels often possesses their own restaurants so you don’t have to worry about your meals.But on the other hand, staying at the hotel is quite expensive, even though some of them proposes discounts.
Second option is hostel. It’s also a popular place to spend a night but not as much as hotel. It also has got advantages and disadvantages. The first good point is the prise. Hostels are very cheap. What is more, they are usually situated in interesting places. But there are some bad points of staying at the hostel, for example there is one bathroom for several tens of people. Moreover, there are no luxuries – it’s often dirty and smelly in there.
When you want to spend a night somewhere you have to make a decision. In my opinion it’s better to pay more and stay in comfortable conditions so I would choose hotel. But sometimes we aren’t able to pay much – then you should stay at the hostel.
