1. The weather
Pollen’s weather is fixed. Generally in winter is snow end cold, on spring and on autumn but is can be rainy, windy, cool or warm, foggy and cloudy. In summer mostly is warm and sunny. Sometimes can be rainy.
2. Money
The currency in Poles I polish złoty (zł.), which is divided into 100 groszy (gr.). You can exchange money on the post, at bank, at airports on at railway-station. Look for the name ‘bureau de change’. You can pay with credits cards in shop, restaurants, pharmacies, etc.
3. Opening times
In Poland shops are open from 9am to 6p.m. from Monday to Friday. On Saturday a lot of shops usually open from 10a.m. to 2p.m. On Sunday shops closed. Posts are open from 8a.m to 8p.m. from Monday to Friday. On Saturday open to 9a.m to 2p.m. On Sunday closed.
4. Transport
In big and middle cities have buses and taxis. In Warsaw is subway. Don’t forget, cars travel on the right in Poland.
5. Smoking
Most people in smoke. Cigarettes have different priced. People don’t observe rules and smoke in place, when they mustn’t do it. You can buy cigarettes until you are 18 old.
6. Greetings
Some part of people shake hands when they are meeting. Other people only say ‘hello’ or ‘good morning’.
