Dear Mr. Kowalski,

I am writing to apply for the position which was advertised in „Dziennik Bałtycki” lat week.

Although I have been employed at a prosperous bank( BPH Bank Handlowy S.A.) for five years, I am not fully satisfied with my present job and I am seeking a better paid position. I am interested in your opening I have just read about.

I have an enormous professional experience. My professional career started with „Philips” Poland S.A. where I have worked as a Personal Assistant of the General Director for four years. Thus I gained an experience which proved crucial in my next job. At present I have been employed at BPH Bank Handlowy S.A. in Kwidzyn since March 2000 as a consultant.

Because I used to live in the United Kingdom for three years when I was a child, I speak fluent English. I also have working knowledge of written and spoken German and rudimentary knowledge of written and spoken French which you can find useful as well. I have also attended a three – year computer course and I have a good knowledge of Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Internet.
