Temat: You decided to go on a short break to The White Horse Hotel. Unfortunately nothing was as you had been led to expect. Using the notes, write a letter to the hotel manager about the night you spent there.

THE WHITE HORSE HOTEL
-14th-century inn in the heart of the countryside.
-Own friendly ghost!
-all rooms with 21st-century facilities.

NOTES:
-bathroom:no soap/towels.
-food was terrible! worst meal ever!
-went to bed - noisy, bed uncomfortable. Fell asleep at two o'clock. Moment fell aslee, woke up again.
-terrifying noises from ghost - not friendly at all (shook chains and made terrible groans)


Dir Sir/Madam,

I am writing to comaplain about the conditions in your hotel. Before I came there I was assured that my visit would be nice and quiet. Unfortunately it was not true. I was very dissatisfied, because everything I had read in the leaflet with information about this place was exaggerated.
I have a long list of my complaints. First of all, in my bathroom there was no soap and towels. Not only was it uncomfortable but also unhygienic. Secondly, the food was not good. Never before had I eaten such a tasteless meal.
Lastly, the bed was uncomfortable - I could not fall asleep until two o'clock and when I finally did it, I was awoken by a not very friendly ghost. He was shaking chains and making rude noises. Next day I had a headache, because of that.
I would like to express my strong dissatisfaction with all these unsavoury events and I demand a full refund.
