First, clean the neck of the balloon and make sure that there are no bacteria on it, but you may still take it into your mouth.
Hold the neck above its end. Inhale deeply and holding the air in your lungs, take the end of the neck into your mouth and then blow the air right into the balloon. Squeeze the neck and while squeezing draw deep into your lungs another portion of air.
Repeat the procedure but be careful not to let the air back out of the balloon between the consecutive blows.
The balloon should be blown up to its normal size. Otherwise it may blow out.
