Dear Sir or Madam,
I am actually looking for a new studio flat in suburbs of London. I have found some interesting advertisement in local newspaper so I want to ask for some details about it.
I would like to know how far is the studio placed from shops like Greengrocer and Bakery and other local facilities such us Library? Furthermore, it would be useful if you could tell me is there any local transport stations available in the surroundings of this flat.
Could you also provide me the details about the furniture? Is there any bed or desk in the bedroom?
Do you have information about local pubs or other entertainment anywhere near there? Maybe there is some possibility to do any sports in the nearest surroundings?
I am looking forward to your answer.
Yours faithfully,
XYZ.

• Lets discuss some important things. First of all how much money can we spend each month for the rent?
o I think we shouldn’t pay more than 300 pounds per month.
• Yes, I totally agree with you. Have you any idea of the best location for us?
o First of all we should find our new place near our schools that we won’t waste many time in the morning to get to the school. It would be also good if any tube or tram station will be anywhere near there.
• Yes, you are right. How many square meters do we need?
o I think we should find just two room apartment with bathroom and furnished kitchen. It would be comfortable for us not to share the room.
• And what about the furnishings?
o We could take our furnish from current house to the new apartment. We just need already furnished kitchen and bathroom. I think it won’t be a problem to find a studio flat which will satisfy us.
