Are women good managers?

If I just could read people's mind when I ask the question: "What's your definition of a good manager?", the answer is obvious: it is natural that we think of the man. It's a stereotype which is hard to beat. We just don't think that women's point of view might be useful in a business. Firstly, we have to tell about emotional intelligence. It's an ability to identify and manage emotions and to foster positive emotions. A research showed that women have better intuition and higher EI than man which makes them good managers. Women are more located for the team work. It is well known that women have to be in touch with everything and everyone around. They like to know details from other's life which is automatically moved into work. They are interested in people's ideas. Women seek new solutions and are able to admit to their own mistakes. What's more important they don't focus on the winning but they put a whole heart in every step of every project. Those are only major advantages of managing by women.
