Dear Mrs and Mr Johnson,
I was delighted to hear from you last Saturday. The I like the idea of spending holidays together very much.
Presently, I live in London where I am working as a care taker of elderly people. The work is fine, and I
have a lot of spare time, which we could spend together.
London is a city of diversities. There is really a lot to see and experience. For a good start, I would
reccommend the British Museum, where all the main artefacts and pieces of art are gathered from all
around the world. After that we could take a stroll along Downing Street with one of the ConanDoyle
books about Sherloch Holmes. A view at the houses of Parliament and Buckingham Palace could be nice,
what do you think? But it followed by some kind of relaxation like a picnic in speakers' corner in Hyde Park with dramatic speaches in the background. An afternoon with modern art would do us well, too. Tate Modern Gallery is the answer. After such a busy day we'd really diserve a tasty dinner somewhere on the Piccadilly Circus.
Have I encouraged you to come?
Send my love to your brother.
p.s. Look at the photos.
Yours,
XYZ
