Band-e Zarak District (Persian: بخش بندزرک) is in Minab County, Hormozgan province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Band-e Zarak.[3]

After the 2006 census, Band-e Zarak Rural District was separated from the Central District in the establishment of Band-e Zarak District, which was divided into two rural districts.[3]

The National Census in 2011 counted 42,929 people in 9,888 households.[4] At the latest census in 2016, the district had 47,845 inhabitants in 12,556 households.[2]
