หากิน

From หา (hǎa, “to find; to search”) +‎ กิน (gin, “to eat”); literally "to find for eating". Cognate with Lao ຫາກິນ (hā kin) and Lü ᦠᦱᦂᦲᧃ (ḣaak̇iin). Compare the literal meaning of Khmer រកស៊ី (rɔɔk sii).
