     [Once it] reached the year 1201, the Year of the Pig, Year One, being the 16th year [of this reign]; on the 3rd day of the waxing moon of the 5th month, [His Majesty] kindly appointed Phraya Suren Ratchasena and Nai Phonlaphai the page as royal officials carrying a letter of prosperity up to [the] Phraya [of] Chiang Mai, [the] Phraya [of] La-khon, [and the] Phraya [of] Lamphun, [which] ordered them to pay the money back to the merchants [from] the English faction.
