Rubin bin Balang is a Malaysian politician who has served as Member of the Sabah State Legislative Assembly (MLA) for Kemabong from February 1994 to May 2018 and again since September 2020. He is an official member and Vice President II of the Sabah People's Ideas Party (Gagasan Rakyat) which is a component party of the Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) coalition.[1] He is also the father of Riduan Rubin, the Independent Member of Parliament (MP) for Tenom.
