Nanur (Persian: ننور, also Romanized as Nanūr; also known as Nanor and Pahlavī Dezh)[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Nanur Rural District of Nanur District, Baneh County, Kurdistan province, Iran.[4] The village is populated by Kurds.[5]

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 530 in 88 households.[6] The following census in 2011 counted 599 people in 141 households.[7] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 679 people in 178 households.[2]
