Beleh Keh Rural District (Persian: دهستان بله كه)[3] is in Armardeh District of Baneh County, Kurdistan province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Beleh Keh.[4]
At the National Census of 2006, its population was 2,691 in 516 households.[5] There were 2,546 inhabitants in 563 households at the following census of 2011.[6] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 2,448 in 649 households. The largest of its 11 villages was Kandeh Sureh, with 736 people.[2]
