These are some common tools used to work on this device. You might not need every tool for every procedure.
Background
The MerchSource Black Series Boat Racers are available in four different colors: blue, green, yellow, and red. There are stickers adorning the top of the boat that have minor differences between colors.
The blue boat stickers have a blue, black, and white pattern arranged in a v shape in the center with the number 36 at the pinnacle of the sticker, and metal mimic stickers surrounding it. There are matching blue, black and white stickers on the sides of the boat, and a "36" sticker above the "windows".
The green boat stickers have a green, yellow, and white hexagonal and flame pattern arranged in a v shape in the center with the number 6 at the pinnacle of the sticker, and solid white stickers surrounding it. There are matching green, yellow, and white stickers on the sides of the boat, and a "6" sticker above the "windows".
The yellow boat stickers have a blue, black, and yellow flame pattern arranged in a v shape in the center with an 8 ball at the pinnacle of the sticker, and metal mimic stickers surrounding it. There are matching blue, red, and yellow flame stickers on the sides of the boat, and an 8 ball sticker above the "windows".
The red boat stickers have a red, black, and white crisscross pattern arranged in a v shape in the center with the number 22 at the pinnacle of the sticker, and white stickers surrounding it. There are matching red, black and white crisscross stickers on the sides of the boat, and a diamond shaped 22 sticker above the "windows".
Structurally, the boats are the same with a pointed hull, 3 "windows", and 2 propellers affixed to the bottom of the boat. The remote control has a matching sticker to the boat and two joystick controls with a transmitter antennae.
MerchSource distributes the device which was released in 2016. The device features a range of 80 feet, a 2.4 GHz transmitter, and a wireless remote control.
Identification
The model number (2903053) can be found on the box. The serial number can be found on the box, the bottom of the boat, and the back of the controller.
