   日(に)本(ほん)国(こく)民(みん)である本(ほん)旅(りょ)券(けん)の所(しょ)持(じ)人(にん)を通(つう)路(ろ)故(こ)障(しょう)なく旅(りょ)行(こう)させ、かつ、同(どう)人(にん)に必(ひつ)要(よう)な保(ほ)護(ご)扶(ふ)助(じょ)を与(あた)えられるよう、関(かん)係(けい)の諸(しょ)官(かん)に要(よう)請(せい)する。

   Nihonkoku-min de aru hon ryoken no shojinin o tsūro koshō naku ryokō sase, katsu, dōnin ni hitsuyō na hogo fujo o ataerareru yō, kankei no shokan ni yōsei suru.
