大聲疾呼

1. to raise a cry of warning; to loudly appeal to the public

   • 我們可以大聲疾呼，而不要隱晦曲折，使人民大眾不易看懂。 [MSC, trad.]

     Wǒmen kěyǐ dàshēngjíhū, ér bùyào yǐnhuìqūzhé, shǐ rénmín dàzhòng bùyì kàndǒng. [Pinyin]

     Here we can shout at the top of our voices and have no need for veiled and roundabout expressions, which are hard for the people to understand.
