Etymology
Learned borrowing from Byzantine Greek διαμηνύω and Hellenistic Koine Greek διαμηνύω (diamēnúō).[1] Morphologically, from δια- (“through”) + Ancient Greek μηνύω (mēnúō, “inform”).
