- Tio estas interesa pro du ecoj: Unue, la afero komplikiĝas nun per la multobligo de du grandaj nombroj, nome, miliono kaj biliono, kio donas la impreson, ke la vortaristo ne sciis, kiel traduki la ege grandnombran germanan vorton Trilliarde, do ŝli provis „klarigi“ ĝin prefere ol traduki ĝin per la nesciita itala ekvivalento.
- This is interesting because of two properties: First, the issue is now complicated by the multiplication of two large numbers, that is, a million and a billion, which gives the impression that the lexicographer did not know how to translate the very large German word Trilliarde, so they tried to „explain“ it rather than translate it with the unknown Italian counterpart.

- Ĉar la leganto tiel iom post iom transiras la unuopajn personojn kaj fariĝas kvazaŭ ĉioscia dio, ŝli povas el ĉiuj puzleroj kunmeti la intrigon kaj veni al konkludo.

- That is some kind of freedom, even if they can understand nothing.
Usage notes
This pronoun is sometimes criticized by some as being too exclusive to non-binary people. It represents the pronunciation of the written abbreviation ŝ/li. Occasionally used to avoid awkward repeated phrasing such as li aŭ ŝi "he or she". Existing alternatives include expanding the use of the demonstrative pronoun tiu (“that one”) or ri.
Synonyms
- (neologism, proscribed) ri
