Zozan Rural District (Persian: دهستان زوزن), formerly Jolgeh Zozan Rural District (دهستان جلگه زوزن), is in Jolgeh Zozan District of Khaf County, Razavi Khorasan province, Iran. Its capital was transferred from Qasemabad to the village of Zozan.[3]

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 5,972 in 1,264 households.[4] There were 6,561 inhabitants in 1,643 households at the following census of 2011.[5] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 7,002 in 1,882 households. The largest of its 25 villages was Zozan, with 2,677 people.[2]
