Zaz-e Gharbi Rural District (Persian: دهستان زز غربي) is in Zaz va Mahru District of Aligudarz County, Lorestan province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Hayyeh.
At the National Census of 2006, its population was 2,248 in 392 households.[3] There were 1,944 inhabitants in 367 households at the following census of 2011.[4] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 1,335 in 350 households. The largest of its 27 villages was Sartang-e Barzeh, with 224 people.[2]
