Tileh Now (Persian: تيله نو, also Romanized as Tilehno and Tīlehno)[3] is a village in Tuskacheshmeh Rural District of the Central District of Galugah County, Mazandaran province, Iran.
At the 2006 National Census, its population was 1,561 in 405 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 1,383 people in 421 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 1,641 people in 516 households; it was the largest village in its rural district.[2]
