Qarah Su Rural District (Persian: دهستان قرهسو) is in the Central District of Maku County, West Azerbaijan province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Dim Qeshlaq-e Olya. The rural district was established after the 2006 National Census.[3]
There were 6,955 inhabitants in 1,411 households at the census of 2011.[4] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 6,012 in 1,372 households. The largest of its 24 villages was Dim Qeshlaq-e Olya, with 1,015 people.[2]
