Paskuh Rural District (Persian: دهستان پسكوه) is in Sedeh District of Qaen County, South Khorasan province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Qumenjan.[3]

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 6,407 in 1,592 households.[4] There were 7,357 inhabitants in 2,019 households at the following census of 2011.[5] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 8,441 in 2,470 households. The largest of its 18 villages was Tighab, with 1,962 people.[2]
