Mohd Syahbuddin bin Hashim (Jawi: محمد شهبوددين هشيم, Malay pronunciation: [mohamad syahbuddin]; born 20 September 1980) is a Malaysian politician who has served as the Leader of the Opposition of Kelantan since September 2023 and a Member of Kelantan State Legislative Assembly (MLA) for Galas since May 2018. He is the Deputy Division Chief of United Malays National Organisation (UMNO) Gua Musang, a component party of Barisan Nasional (BN). He is also presently the only BN and UMNO State Leader of the Opposition, Kelantan MLA as well as one of the only two Kelantan opposition MLAs alongside MLA for Kota Lama Hafidzah Mustakim.[1]
