Malvand (Persian: ملوند)[3] is a village in Frughan Rural District, Rud Ab District, Sabzevar County, Razavi Khorasan province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 884 in 216 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 912 people in 300 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 1,007 people in 331 households; it was the largest village in its rural district.[2]
