Kuhdasht Rural District (Persian: دهستان كوهدشت)[3] is a former administrative division of the former Miandorud District of Sari County, Mazandaran province, Iran.
At the National Census of 2006, its population was 20,601 in 5,213 households.[2] After the census, the district was separated from the county to establish the new Miandorud County. The rural district was divided into Kuhdasht-e Gharbi and Kuhdasht-e Sharqi Rural Districts within the new Central District.[4]
