Karvandar (Persian: کارواندر) is a village in, and the capital of, Karvandar Rural District of the Central District of Khash County, Sistan and Baluchestan province, Iran.[3]
At the 2006 National Census, its population was 307 in 63 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 245 people in 62 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 335 people in 109 households.[2]
