Ispanaklı yumurta (Turkish: Ispanaklı yumurta), Ottoman and Turkish Jews (Kon espinaka)[2] is a Turkish dish made with eggs, fried onion and spinach. Its recipe is given in the Ottoman Cookbook Aşçıbaşı written by Mahmud Nedim Bin Tosun.[3]
