Federd (Persian: فدرد)[3] is a village in Pain Velayat Rural District of the Central District of Torbat-e Heydarieh County, Razavi Khorasan province, Iran.
At the 2006 National Census, its population was 1,050 in 269 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 1,200 people in 371 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 1,470 people in 444 households; it was the largest village in its rural district.[2]
