Emamzadeh Abbas (Persian: امامزاده عباس, also Romanized as Emāmzādeh ‘Abbās and Imāmzādeh ‘Abbās)[3] is a village in Milajerd Rural District of Milajerd District, Komijan County, Markazi province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 999 in 224 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 905 people in 229 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 755 people in 228 households. It was the largest village in its rural district.[2]
