Blížkovice (German: Lispitz) is a market town in Znojmo District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 1,200 inhabitants.
Blížkovice lies on the Jevišovka River, approximately 22 kilometres (14 mi) north-west of Znojmo, 62 km (39 mi) west of Brno, and 159 km (99 mi) south-east of Prague. The market town is well known for its triangle-shaped square, which happens to be the second biggest triangle square in the Czech Republic.[2]
