Background

The Sony WH-H900N h.ear on 2 Wireless Noise-Canceling Headphones are the 2nd generation of Sony’s h.ear headphones released in August 2017. This pair of noise cancelling headphones is the little brother to the more expensive Sony WH-1000XM2.

These wireless headphones feature Active Noise Cancellation and drivers for high-resolution audio listening. They are offered in three different colors: twilight red, moonlit blue, grayish black. They also integrate Sony’s touchpad technology allowing the listener to play/pause, raise/lower volume, etc. with a single swipe on the right ear cup.

The headphone’s charge time is approximately six hours with a full battery lasting up to 28 hours if Bluetooth is used and 34 hours if Bluetooth is disabled. The headphones include an Ambient Sound mode that allows necessary noises like traffic to bypass the noise-cancelling. Along with this, the headphones uses DSEE HX to help produce sounds/music and LDAC™ to in raise the quality of the Bluetooth connection.

Identification

The h.ear on 2 headphone’s model number is WHH900N/B and its initial retail cost is $299.99
