Troubleshooting
If your headset is experiencing problems, check out our Dell VRP100 Troubleshooting page to see common problems that might help you identify what exactly is wrong with your device.
Background
The Dell VRP100 headset is composed of two cameras that scan the room. The device uses this feature to create a virtual space and calibrate your body’s movement. This is an improvement over other devices that include tracking cameras that need to be set to track the movement of the headset and controllers. The only equipment needed to use this product is the included controllers and a Windows mixed reality compatible computer.
Identification
The Dell VRP100 headset can be identified by the two cameras on the exterior of the white headset. You can find the model information (VR118), on the inside of the back of the headset on the product label.
