- A type of truck body or wagon body composed of stakes, often easily removable from the bed, such that a flatbed can be reconverted as needed; suitable for certain kinds of loads, especially in nonhighway use, such as bales, bundles, sacks, barrels, or boxes.
- (metonymically) A truck or wagon with such a body.
