Gyllene måsen
Swedish
Etymology
From gyllene (“the golden”) + måsen (“the gull”), from interpreting the Golden Arches as a stylized gull. Though usually required by the grammar before an adjective, the article den/det is often left out in names of establishments that are in definite form.
