Usage notes

/tra/ and /dra/ are variants of the same suffix. /tra/ (phonetically [tr̥ʰa]) is always spelt -tra whereas /dra/ is represented by -tra after an unvoiced fricative (phonetically [tr̥a]) and by -dra after other voiced sounds (phonetically [dra]).
