ππΏπ½π½π
Gothic
Etymology
From Proto-Germanic *sunnΗ, derived from the oblique stem of *sΓ³hβwlΜ₯, and cognate to Crimean Gothic sune and Old English sunne. The Indo-European lemma also yielded ππ°πΏπΉπ» (sauil), as well as Koine Greek αΌ₯Ξ»ΞΉΞΏΟ (hαΈlios), which both of the Gothic terms translate.
