Appears to be a compound of 道 (michi, “road”) + 行き (yuki, “going”, the 連用形 (ren'yōkei, “continuative or stem form”) of verb 行く (yuku, “to go”)). The use of 幸 for the yuki portion appears to be an instance of ateji.
